These terms explain how SnapDL (https://downloader.1v1lol.sbs) may be used. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What SnapDL Is
SnapDL is a free, browser-based tool that fetches the video and audio formats a public YouTube video makes available, and lets you save a copy to your device. There is no account, no app, and no fee.
Permitted Personal Use Only
You may use SnapDL for personal, lawful purposes only. That means:
- Download only videos you own, have clear permission to use, or that YouTube itself offers a download option for.
- Respect the rights of creators and copyright holders.
- Follow YouTube’s Terms of Service and the laws of your country.
SnapDL is designed for personal, permission-based use. This site is informational and is not legal advice.
What You Must Not Do
- Do not download content you do not own or lack permission for. Saving someone else’s content without permission can breach YouTube’s terms and local copyright law.
- No playlists or bulk use. SnapDL handles one video at a time. Playlists are not supported, and automated bulk downloading, scraping, or mass requests are not allowed.
- No private, paywalled, or DRM-protected content. Private, members-only, rental, subscription, or paywalled videos are not supported, and SnapDL does not help bypass technical protections.
- No unlawful use. Do not use SnapDL to infringe copyright, to redistribute content you have no right to share, or to break any law.
Availability and Limits
- The formats and quality available for a video depend on the source and your region. Some videos are restricted by policy, licence, or age and location controls, and may not be downloadable.
- SnapDL never upscales, watermarks, edits, or recompresses files. What you download is the file exactly as the source provides it.
- The service is provided free of charge and may change, pause, or stop at any time. We may also limit or block use that abuses the service.
No Warranty
SnapDL is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or able to download any particular video. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SnapDL and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or files, or any consequences of downloading content in breach of these terms or of a third party’s rights. You are responsible for checking the rights before you save a video.
Takedown Process
If you own content and believe it has been misused through SnapDL, you can request a takedown. See the Contact / DMCA page for what to include: the video link, a description of the issue, and proof of ownership. We review takedown requests promptly and remove links to infringing content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SnapDL after a change means you accept the updated terms.
